BOOKING POLICY

• In order to reserve a golf bay, please provide the following information; full name, phone number, email address, and a valid credit card.
• Please note that the card on file will NOT be charged at the time of booking, once you arrive the ‘hold’ will be cancelled and the card will be removed from the file.
• We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you wish to modify or change your reservation, you may do so any time prior to 24 hours before the booking. In order to make any changes you will need to call us at 519-954-8889.
• In the event of a cancellation, no show, or change within 24 hours before your reservation additional charges will be applied to the card on file.
• All reservations end five minutes early to ensure enough time for cleaning of the bay and prep for the next group, you will not be charged for the five minute cleaning time.
• By moving forward with the booking process you are acknowledging and accepting our booking policy as states above.
